Lion’s Head Beach

Lion’s Head beach is a small very kid friendly sand beach. It’s close to all amenities and has washrooms at both ends of the beach as well as a picnic shelter and playground equipment.

Black Creek Provincial Park

Locally known as Sandy Beach, this beach is a secluded cove beach on Lake Huron. Though there is no playground equipment, this beach is still great for kids as its normally calm waters are shallow for quite some distance from shore. Composting toilets are the only amenity here.

Sauble Beach

With it’s 11km sand beach and 50s vibe, Sauble Beach is an institution in the area. This beach and town is a great place to eat, shop, swim and simply enjoy the sun!
